Terms & Conditions
All bookings are subject to the guests acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:
Check In Time - 2.30pm
Check Out Time - 10.00am
LATE ARRIVALS
Guests are required to call in advance to arrange arrivals after 5pm.
EARLY DEPARTURES
Guests are required to make arrangements regarding the settlement of accounts and key drop off, for departures earlier than 9am.
No refunds will be given for departures prior to the booked date of departure.
CANCELLATIONS
Low Season –
If a cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival date a refund will be given less a $30 administration fee or 100% of the deposit can be held for a future booking.
If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival date a refund will only be given less a $30 administration fee if the apartment can be relet.
Mid & High Seasons –
If a cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to arrival date a refund will be given less a $30 administration fee or 100% of the deposit can be held for a future booking.
If a cancellation is made less than 28 days prior to arrival date a refund will only be given less a $30 administration fee if the apartment can be relet. No deposits can be held
Although we understand that circumstances leading to last minute cancellations will occur, Atlantis Marcoola cannot be held responsible for the loss of income to the guests due to weather conditions, health issues or on compassionate grounds and we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.
TARIFFS
Tariffs are subject to change without notice, INCLUDING SPECIALS. When the receipt of a deposit has confirmed a booking the quoted tariff will be honoured. Tariffs quoted include a maximum number of guests for each room type. Extra guest charges will apply as listed on the Tariff page of our website.
AIR CONDITIONING
The rates given are for air conditioned units. Units without air conditioning receive a 5% discount subject to availability.
ROOFTOP SPAS
Rooftop spas will be charged at a rate of $150 per stay, over and above the listed tariff, subject to availability.
DEPOSITS
- Low Season - A Deposit of $100 is required within 7 days to confirm a booking. Balance of account is payable on arrival.
- Mid & High Season – A deposit of $200 is required within 7 days to confirm a booking. 50% of the total tariff is payable by 1st December. Balance of account is payable on arrival.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards and EFTPOS. Cheques are accepted for deposits only.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A valid credit card number or $200 Cash Bond will be requested on arrival as security over the room.
APARTMENT BOOKINGS
Whilst every attempt is made to ensure specifically requested apartments, we cannot guarantee changes will not occur, due to the nature of the industry.
CAR PARKING
One secure undercover car parking space is provided for each apartment. Additional vehicles can be parked in the visitors’ car parking space or on the road adjacent to the complex.
BROADBAND INTERNET
Free access to the FlexiNet broadband network is provided to all guests for normal email and internet use, however excessive downloads will be charged on departure.
NOISE
Atlantis Marcoola aims to provide its guests with a peaceful and relaxing stay. As suggested in the Body Corporate By-Laws, any guest refusing to comply with behaviour and noise standards risk immediate termination of their tenancy by Atlantis Marcoola Management.
